September Scrapbooking

These are the pages that they made last night in class.
I tried not to do paper piecing. :) Just a little punch art.

Owl Witch

This was my swap from Convention, or I should say one of them. :)
I used the owl punch - 118074
Her hat is the oval punch - 119855 and the bird builder - 117191.
Her broom is the same oval punch and bird builder.
I love doing Halloween punch stuff.

Hen Party

This was our latest and greatest scrap booking class.
I love my Hen party pages! Don't you!
I used the New In Colors, Coastal Cabana and Strawberry Slush.
The back ground is Soft Suede.

The building movers arrived at our house on a Saturday
morning about 7:30am. They were coming in as we were
leaving for our Barnraiser. When we returned home after 4pm.
they were still there! And it was about an hour later before
they were finished. All they had to do was move them back
about 25 feet onto the cement runners.

So  alot of work goes into moving them!!
We have to do the tie downs now and then
call the City inspector and cross our fingers.

More Barnraiser goodies

This is what I made for my door prizes.
I lost count on how many strawberries I made!
But I thing they turned out pretty cute!

We always decorate the water bottles.
I love the barn theme we went with this time.

More door prizes. The pigs were made by Cherie Felty and the
Barns with DSP paper inside where made by Marsha Whitmire.

They made an extra one for me!! :)

And we wouldn't be where we are today without these lovely
ladies! This is just one table of the awesome customers that
we have!! I love you guys!!!

Barnraiser card class

                                           Well, here we all are!! I love my group of ladies!!
                                          We are getting ready for our 2nd round of this Barnraiser.
                                         We had 208 people register. This turned out to be our
                                         biggest fundraiser ever.

Here are some of the door prizes we had. They are so cute.

Everyone made 17 each which gave us enough for everyone

attending to have one. This one was made by Brenda McBride.

She made hand lotion and put inside and the little owl had the recipe

on it! To stinkin cute!!

She made an extra one for me!!

Here are the table goodies we made for everyone.

The barn has candy on the inside. Debbie's husband

cute all 208 out with their "Sure cuts alot".

The we put a topper on the Chex mix and the little

barn is a post it note holder and pencil.

Below we have the cards that we sell for $1.  The

girls are per shopping before the crowd. :)

We sold over $3000 just in raffles and $1 cards.

Big thanks to everyone that attended or bought a kit.

And I love my Inking for Others ladies!!! Thank you

for all your hard work!!!

Update on Buildings

Okay, so I'm starting to get excited again!

We have ran into so many problems with

what I thought was going to be the perfect

stamping space! Which once it's all done it will

be the PERFECT stamping space.

But the city and all their rules have made

it a nightmare!

So we have cement now!!! We had to

make a foundation to put the buildings on. Now

we wait for the Building movers to come

out and Move them back 25 feet onto the

cement runners to make the city happy!!

Do you want to know how much the movers are

charging to move them back 25 feet???

$3,400!!!!!!! Their killing me!

But then we can run electric to them and

the fun will begin!!!!!

Born to Shop

This was May's Scrap booking class pages. I'm a little

behind on posting. We've had tornado's and it's

been crazy here. I'll be so glad when this season is

over!!!

Aren't they the cutest!!!

We used Pink Pirouette, Melon Mambo and Basic gray.

My Fundraising group is taking order for this set of cards.

Tomorrow is the last day to order. It's $25 and you will get

15 total finished cards, 5 different designs, 3 of each, ready to send to your friends and family.

Your $25 will go to Moore Public Schools Tornado Relief Fund

to help the teachers and students that lost everything in the May 20th tornado's.

Please let me know asap if you would like to order a kit and help them out!
